Celebrate America’s 250th anniversary with us up on the mountain! We are proud to be the destination of Balsam’s 4th of July parade, where the community comes together to celebrate and connect. Join us for a day of live music, a BBQ, lawn games, ice cold drinks, and more!
Our BBQ buffet will be open from 12-2pm, featuring pulled pork, pulled chicken, coleslaw, and a potato salad bar!
